COVID-19 Warning

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and anyone with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By entering the Saddlebrook amenities you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Community Pool

  • Pool Hours: Sunrise to Sunset.

  • A Pool Access Code is required for entrance.

  • Shower before entering the pool.

  • Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool.

  • No running or rough play is allowed.

  • Life-saving equipment is for emergency use only.

  • No food, glass, drink or animals allowed in pool area.

  • Proper attire required and no foul language.

  • Homeowner must accompany guests at all times.

  • No skating, Bikes or loud music allowed.

  • Please clean up before you leave.

  • No alcohol or smoking.

  • Bathing load: 28 people

  • Maximum pool depth is 6 feet, so NO DIVING!

Clubhouse

Renting the Clubhouse: Only Saddlebrook residents can rent the clubhouse. If you are renting for a family member or friend, you must be present for the entire event including set-up, the function and the clean-up.

Cost: $50 - The check must come from the Saddlebrook resident and should be made-out to: Saddlebrook HOA. No cash is accepted.

Availability: Handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may only rent the clubhouse if your HOA dues are current. If the clubhouse is not rented the day before your event, you may have the key that afternoon to decorate only.

Amenities:
Accommodates up to 50 people.

The cozy kitchen has a sink and a mid-sized refrigerator. It does not have an oven, stove, dishwasher or garbage disposal. (NO food of any kind can be put down the kitchen sink or the restroom toilets.)

Separate Restrooms for women and men. Both restrooms include a wheelchair- accessible stall.

(7) 6’ rectangular banquet tables, (2) 8’rectangular tables and 50 padded chairs.

Adjacent playground and pool both close at dusk/dark. You may use the playground and the pool during your event until dusk/dark. Residents may also use the pool and playground during your event.

Special Equipment: If you set-up things like bounce houses or slides, you must get extra insurance and name Saddlebrook HOA on the policy.

Parking: Limited to 20 car spaces with 2 accessibility spaces.

Etiquette: No live music; ALL music must be turned down by 8p.m. so it cannot be heard outside.

Use removable tape when putting up decorations. No tacks, nails or screws.

Remove any helium balloons after your event.

Clean-up & Departure: All garbage must be taken with you, when you leave. Please wipe down the countertops and the sink. (A dust mop, vacuum cleaner, and a wet mop and bucket are available.

  1. Set AC to 80 degrees.

  2. Turn off lights.

  3. Lock doors.

  4. Drop the key off where you picked it up or contact Mike Williams (407-454-0104) to make key-return arrangements.

NOTE to surrounding neighbors: If you are bothered by excessive event noise late at night, you may make an official noise complaint by calling the Sheriff Department’s non-emergency number at 407-836-4357. You can also update Mike Williams the following day.

Playground

  • The fully covered playground is available for Saddlebrook residents and their guests.

  • Hours: 9:00 am - sunset

  • No pets

  • No rough play

  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by adult.

  • No food, drinks or candy in the play area

  • Use playground equipment at your own risk

  • No wet bathing suits

  • Shoes must be worn at all times

  • No bicycles, skates, or skateboards

  • Do not litter
