A Pool Access Code is required for entrance. Call/text for your code: 689-307-6880
Shower before entering the pool.
Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool.
No running or rough play is allowed.
Life-saving equipment is for emergency use only.
No food, glass, drink or animals allowed in pool area.
Proper attire required and no foul language.
Homeowner must accompany guests at all times.
No skating, bikes or loud music allowed.
Please clean up before you leave.
No alcohol or smoking.
Bathing load: 28 people
Maximum pool depth is 6 feet, so NO DIVING!

Clubhouse
CHECK AVAILABILITY & BOOK CLUBHOUSE
To allow ample time to post the “no-parking” signs in advance of an event, the clubhouse calendar will appear blocked 48 hours before a function. You can call/text Mickey at (689) 307-6880 to request booking in that blocked time, if it’s available.
Renting the Clubhouse: If you are renting it for a family member or friend, you must be present for the entire event including set-up, the function and the clean-up.
Review the Saddlebrook Clubhouse Rental Agreement.
Cost: $75 - Once you make your reservation via the link above, you will be emailed an invoice from Trident Association Management for the $75 rental fee. It will include instructions on how to make your payment.
Access Key - Two to three weeks before your event, if your payment has been made, you will receive a text message that will have a six-digit number which is the combination for the lockbox outside the front door of the clubhouse. This code is only valid the day of your event, unless other arrangements have been made. The lockbox contains the key for the front and back door, storage room and the custodial closet. The key can be dropped back into the lock box by lifting the lid.
Availability: Handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may only rent the clubhouse if your HOA dues are current. If the clubhouse is not rented the day before your event, you may have the key that afternoon to decorate or stage any items for your event.
Amenities:
Accommodates up to 50 people.
The cozy kitchen has a sink and a mid-sized refrigerator. It does not have an oven, stove, dishwasher or garbage disposal. (NO food of any kind can be put down the kitchen sink or the restroom toilets.)
Separate Restrooms for women and men. Both restrooms include a wheelchair- accessible stall.
(7) 6’ rectangular banquet tables, (2) 8’rectangular tables and 50 padded chairs.
Adjacent playground and pool both close at dusk/dark. You may use the playground and the pool during your event until dusk/dark. Residents may also use the pool and playground during your event.
Wi-Fi; large-screen TV; and Apple & Amazon Firestick
Special Equipment: If you set up things like bounce houses or slides, you must get extra insurance and name Saddlebrook Community Association, Inc. on the policy.
Parking: Limited to 20 car spaces with 2 accessibility spaces.
Etiquette: No live music; ALL music must be turned down by 8p.m. so it cannot be heard outside.
Use removable tape when putting up decorations. No tacks, nails or screws.
Remove any helium balloons after your event.
Clean-up & Departure: All garbage must be taken with you, when you leave. Please wipe down the countertops and the sink. (A dust mop, vacuum cleaner, brooms, a wet mop and bucket are available in the closet next to the men’s restroom.
Reset AC to 80 degrees.
Turn off lights.
Ensure all doors are locked.
Empty can and take trash bag with you.
Drop the clubhouse key into the onsite key box located outside the front door. For any issues call/text Mickey, the HOA Board president at 689-307-6880.
NOTE to surrounding neighbors: If you are bothered by excessive event noise late at night, you may make an official noise complaint by calling the Sheriff Department’s non-emergency number at 407-836-4357. Please also update the HOA by emailing HOA@saddlebrook34734.com or call/text 689-307-6880.
