  • Exterior Alteration Form

    To protect each owner’s rights and property values, any owner considering making improvements or alterations to the exterior of their home or property must submit either an ARB Painting Form or the Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application Form (linked below) the Architectural Review Board.

    BEFORE beginning work or purchasing supplies., complete an Exterior Alteration Form in one of two ways:

    1) *Online via the Trident Association Management automated system (the BEST and most efficient method). You can always find the portal on the Trident website at TridentMgmt.com or you can visit it directly at https://engage.goenumerate.com/connect_login.php.

    2) If you are unable to access the convenient online form referenced above, you may also download a printable version of the Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application Form (linked below), and follow the directions to return your completed form to the Association via postal mail or email.

  • ARB Painting Form

    There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint to make your home stand out!

    To protect each owner’s rights and property values, we require that any owner considering making improvements or alterations to the exterior of their home or property, including painting, MUST submit either an ARB Painting Form or an ARB Exterior Alteration Form to the Architectural Review Board PRIOR to beginning work or purchasing supplies. Receipt of county approvals DOES NOT constitute approval by the Association and is NOT approval for you to begin work.

  • Clubhouse Rental Agreement

    The clubhouse may be rented by any Saddlebrook resident on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • HOA Board of Directors' Meetings - 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm, unless otherwise noted.

    All residents are welcomed and encouraged to join the HOA Board of Directors Meeting, in person at our Saddlebrook clubhouse, or via ZOOM from the comfort of your home.

    Meeting notices and agendas are posted 48 hours in advance on the Saddlebrook website, and via email, and the ZOOM link below, will also be included in the monthly agendas.

  • Trident Association Management

    Our community is professionally managed by Trident Association Management.

    Please visit the Trident Association Management website for information on signing up for and using the new Enumerate Engage portal and mobile app! Trident has launched this service portal and app for a select few of its communities, including Saddlebrook, so please keep an eye out for an email invitation coming soon with more details and quick links.

    Through the Enumerate Engage portal and mobile app, Saddlebrook residents will be able to make semi-annual assessment payments, view your homeowner information, account information, notices, maintenance requests, and association documents.
