  • Exterior Alteration Form

    To protect each owner’s rights and property values, any owner considering making improvements or alterations to the exterior of their home or property must submit either an ARB Painting Form or the Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application Form (linked below) the Architectural Review Board.

    BEFORE beginning work or purchasing supplies., download the form, and follow the directions to return your completed form.

    There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint to make your home stand out!

    To protect each owner’s rights and property values, we require that any owner considering making improvements or alterations to the exterior of their home or property, including painting, MUST submit either an ARB PaintingFormor an ARB Exterior Alteration Form to the Architectural Review Board PRIOR to beginning work or purchasing supplies. Receipt of county approvals DOES NOT constitute approval by the Association and is NOT approval for you to begin work.

  • Clubhouse Rental Agreement

    The clubhouse may be rented by any Saddlebrook resident on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • HOA Board of Directors' Meetings - 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm, unless otherwise noted.

    All residents are welcomed and encouraged to join the HOA Board of Directors Meeting, in person at our Saddlebrook clubhouse, or via Zoom from the comfort of your home. (The agenda linked below includes Zoom directions).

    Meeting notices and agendas are posted 48 hours in advance on the Saddlebrook website, and via email.

    Your voice truly matters and there’s always time on the agenda for questions, concerns, discussion and brainstorming.
