The speed limit within the community is 25mph.
All neighbors, visiting friends and family MUST adhere to this speed limit to ensure the safety of all pets and pedestrians enjoying our outdoor spaces.
Proper parking
Parking in the street is strictly prohibited.
This ensures that all drivers, including school busses, service vehicles and emergency first responders can safely travel through the neighborhood.
Vehicles should be securely parked within garages and on driveways, keeping sidewalks safe and clear for pedestrians.

Pet protocol
We enjoy and appreciate all community members, furry ones included!
As you enjoy walks through the community with your pets, please ensure pet waste is promptly picked up and disposed of in your OWN trash can.
If you forget your collection bag, there are bag stations located at convenient spots throughout the neighborhood.
